How to make kinky curls?

I need to know how to do that on my small afro, I am tired of a lot ppl told me go to youtube when my computer doesn't work letting seeing video. That why I want know detailed steps. How get kinky curls or wet s-curls? I have Eco Styler gel Tabbi, okay!!!! but i was asking to go into detailed steps of how you get kinky curls , i didn't want you mumble in a strange lang. abt how fab it was. but Thanks anyway....whateva

****ATTENTION-MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ATLEAST TWO HOURS TO DO THIS PROCESS BECAUSE IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST TIME YOU ARE BOUND TO BURN YOURSELF A FEW TIMES I KNOW I DO EVERY MORNING.***** To Get Kinky Curls 1.Wash your hair, like how you would usally do. 2.Blow dry your hair throughly. 3.Put gel in it. 4.Brush through it (So the gel doesnt make your hair hard.) 5.Straighten it. (To make it easier to get grip of your hair.) 6.Then use curlers or curling iron(I prefer gel curlers,I use those for my hair.) 7.Coat with hairspray (To keep the curls in.) 8.Next.........ENJOY! Tips *I use Garnier Frutius Slick and Shine (It really takes care of the friz.) *360 brushes seem to grip the curls. (360 brushes are circle brushes, incase you didnt know.) *Brush your hair while blow drying it. *I use Remington Wet to Straight straightner for my hair. (My hair is very thick.) *My curlers are Candi Stick Jelly Rollers *My curling iron is Conair Istant Heat. *My hairspray is Tres Two Hairspray.

how can i straighten my hair when it so curly?

my hair is wavy, and it curls every which way. i can get some of the curls out but not all of them. any secrets on how 2 straighten unruly hair?

i UNDERSTAND i have curly hair. its 2 ways I straighten my hair. 1) Blow Dry your hair STRAIGHT [comb or brush your hair while blow drying it] Then STRAIGHTEN it with a flat iron [i use a chi] 2) i own a WET DRY STRAIGHTENING HOT AIR STYLER by CONAIR it works wonders on my hair

well i have super curly and thick hair. I do it in layers....i put the top layers in a clip on the top of my head.... spray some heat protector and straighten it with a flat iron. and dont do it quickly , you have to leave on some places for like 3 seconds like the top near the scalp. hope this helps.

1. Wash and condition your hair. 2. Put your hair half up, and divide the bottom half into sections. 3. Put Tresemme Thermal Creations Straightening Gel on one section and blow dry it as straight as you can. 4. Do that with all the other sections. 5. Take the top half of your hair down, divide into sections, and do the same. 6. Once your hair is completely dry, put it half up and divide into sections again. 7. Spray a heat protectant and FX Special Effects Flat Iron Spray onto one section. Comb it through. 8. Take a SEDU flat iron, turn it up to 410 degrees, and run it through that section slowly. Then comb it and run it through as many times as needed. 9. Do that to every single section. 10. Take the top half of your hair down, divide into sections, and do the exact same thing. 11. Once your hair is completely straightened, put a shine serum in it. Then use hairspray. Good luck (: Email me if you have any questions .

try to find a shampoo and conditioner that is for straightening curly hair and you can also blow dry it straight and if it still looks curly.....THEN straighten it with a flat iron

Well first when I take a shower and use Herbal Essences Dangerously Straight shampoo and conditioner. I also use this other stuff after but I don't know what its called and I doubt it really makes a difference. Then when my hair is wet, I put in this kind of hair moisturizer, but I only put in a LITTLE but cause I put in any more my hair looks extremely greasy the next day. When its dry, I divide my hair into layers and then straighten it with my Chi. Sometimes I put in hairspray after that too. Amazingly however, my hair is so curly, even with the Chi my hair doesn't stay straight.

The Ebay Price Guide, What Sells for What (in Every Category!)

Creator: Julia L. Wilkinson | 2006-09-30

Publisher: No Starch Pr

About this book
Every eBayer knows that setting prices and deciding how much to bid is a delicate art. While there are many guides to pricing for specific collectibles and the like, this is the first reference to help you determine how much to bid or how much to pay on eBay for a wide array of items. The eBay Price Guide is filled with exhaustive lists of selling prices for items ranging from rare books and sports memorabilia to computer parts and video games, covering nearly every eBay niche and the most popular subcategories. Introductions to each category offer helpful tips and advice that you'll find invaluable on their own. But not only that, the version of the DeepAnalysis software included on the CD-ROM will have you sifting through even more pricing data from a vast amount of eBay auctions so that you can better evaluate the eBay market, predict how various items will sell, and find out where the deals are. You'll learn that you can sell Abbot & Costello's Frankenstein on 16 mm film or a hospital bottle from the Civil War for just over $700, but for about a buck you can get an amber glass medicine jar or The Bride of Frankenstein on 8 mm film. If you're an eBay seller, The eBay Price Guide will help you to anticipate how much an item will sell for. If you're a buyer, you be able to see at a glance which categories tend to be overpriced, where to find the best bargains, and how to bid so that you're more likely to get what you want. Whether you're selling cell phones, a pair of used Levi's, or grandma's ancient (and dusty) vase, you'll find this book and software kit indispensable in your quest to set or get the right price on eBay. The companion CD contains a demo version of HammerTap's DeepAnalysis auction research software, which sorts through licensed eBay data and statistics for all eBay market sectors to reveal market trends so sellers can develop strategies for success. The CD also includes The eBay Appetizer, an eBooklet that describes how to get started on eBay, as well as The Seller's Guide and The Auction Accelerator, with lessons from a seasoned Internet business coach. Users will receive 20 percent off their first three months' subscription to DeepAnalysis as well.

About this book
Some Christian women believe they must downplay their appearance in order to be godly, but looking your best doesn’t have to mean maintaining a supermodel image. Women can be creative with their appearance and enhance God’s gift of beauty without feeling guilty. Women face the world each day under pressure to look their best. How can they balance the desire to uncover and maintain God-given outer beauty with inner beauty arising from their faith? Beauty coach Shelly Ballestero helps women navigate pressure from the world to meet unrealistic standards of outer perfection and inspires them to discover the true beauty God designed in them, inside and out! Beauty by God offers the reader both spiritual principles to develop inner beauty and practical tips for caring for her God-given body. “Shelley helps women acknowledge the struggle that we all deal with inside outsides and she helps us see that true beauty is a combination of mind, body and spirit.” Kim Alexis. Best curling brush ever!

0 5/5 Smart Shopper (Washington, DC) - See all my reviews I love this curling brush. It heats up super quickly, has so many settings and a turbo heat button for an extra shot of heat on hard to curl areas. I use it in the morning to straighten out kinks from sleeping, straighten and smooth my hair, flip it under or out, or add some waves. It has a nice long cord, too. I think a brush is less damaging than a curling iron because there's no clamp and you don't hold it in the same place as long. If you haven't tried a brush, this is the one to try. Note that this is a brush that heats up, NOT a brush that blows hot air - it's for use on dry hair only. 0 Help other customers find the most helpful reviews  Was this review helpful to you? , October 21, 2006

    Conair Heat Brush!!!

So, I am a consumer that likes to read reviews before I buy things, especially off the internet. I came across the many positve reviews on this product and since I was looking specifically for a heated hair brush to replace my **Air** heated curling brush/hair dryer I decided that I'd get this model. After a week of owning this I am sooo happy I bought it!It heats up super fast compaired to any reguler curling iron I've tried. The ease that comes from styling my hair VS. trying to blow dry/curl at the same time saves me time overall too which is important for any lady that wants to look good quick. My hair has a more finished smooth look to it VS. the air heated brush which leaves my hair a bit frizzy and not a lot of curl at all. Best of all, if I let my normally fairly straight hair air dry completly this product by itself smooths out the waves and leaves me with great soft curls that last. Shipping was quick, this product delivers desired results, the price is right on and I... 5/5 C. Fulton "Constantly Shopping" (NY) - See all my reviews, October 29, 2007

    This Works Great!

I've tried both hot air brushes and curling irons, and this beats them both. I have very fine straight hair and this brush is perfect for me. I had a problem with hot air brushes because the force of the air (even on low) would tend to blow my hair away from the brush. And a curling iron would always leave a crimp, no matter how quickly a slid it down my hair. This hot brush gives my hair curls/waves just where I want them and is fast and easy to use. I just brush it through a section of hair until I reach the ends and then twist my wrist to curl my hair around the brush. It only takes a few seconds to give me the nice wave I want. Because there is nothing except the brush to hold the hair in place (which is good for me because it eliminates the crimp), I have to be careful not to burn my fingers as I tuck under the ends of my hair. I'm actually thinking about getting a heat resistant glove to protect myself.Another thing I like (which is kind of silly... 5/5 KK Vegas (Las Vegas, NV USA) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) 0 4/5 Kathie "kasper" (Miami, FL United States) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Conair Supreme 2-In-1 Hot Air Styling Brush (Health and Beauty) I have medium length, naturally curly hair that's fine, not thick. I usually let it dry naturally, but this appliance is so easy to use. The brush doesn't tangle your hair up like other brush-dryers do (my last piece of Vidal Sasson garbage). The curling iron attachment uses hot air rather than heat, which is much better for your hair. Works really well, one of the best dryers I've used and MUCH better than holding a brush and a blow dryer! 0 Help other customers find the most helpful reviews  Was this review helpful to you? , May 9, 2004

After you hair is almost dry, brush through for a sleek look, or give it a turn for body and curl. All of the others I'v tried are too hot and tangled my hair. I was so happy to find the same appliance after breaking mine, I bought three back-ups. My head is spinning!

Customer Video Review Length:: 3:43 MinsThe Infinitipro Spin Air styler is essentially a large brush with a low-power hair-dryer in its center. In this video, I demonstrate the spinning action and how it works. For chin-length or longer hair, this is probably a five-star product, but the 2-inch brush is simply too large for short hair. If this product had interchangeable brush heads, it would be perfect. I give it 3 stars for short hair, but 5 stars overall for how it works.UPDATE: I now have a slightly longer hair style. Although my hair is still layered, the longest pieces are chin length, and the style curls under. This styler is EXCELLENT for the length and style, although it takes a long time to dry my hair (I have a lot of it) and occasionally the brush cannot turn well when my hair is still wet. The results, however, are much better than they were with a shorter length. The volume is not as great as with a traditional blow drier, but my hair is smoother and holds its... 4/5 Debbie Lee Wesselmann (the Lehigh Valley, PA) - See all my reviews, March 30, 2011

I HAVE long hair and I LOVE THIS PRODUCT

I've never seen the commercial for this product. I had immediate anxiety when I discovered the tip of the styler rotates. I pictured knots, a hair nest, and some pain. I am pleasantly surprised. The more I use this product, the more I love it.THE BRUSHThe styler has a brush top. I want to warn you that when the brush is in your hair, it's not going to feel like it has enough strength to do the job. The brush felt too soft in my hair. It does do the trick.THE SETTINGSThere are thee settings: low, high and cool. There are also two buttons that can be pressed with the thumb. One rotates the brush head clockwise and one rotates it counter clockwise. When I had the brush on "cool" the rotate function does not work.BENEFITSThis product saves the wrists. It takes a two hand task and makes it doable with one hand. The rotating brush really saves time because I don't have to hold a brush in my other hand while drying. The fact... 5/5 Dominique W - See all my reviews, March 26, 2011

It works, but it's too much work

I have very straight, fine, almost shoulder-length hair that I typically style using a round brush and hair dryer, followed by a straightening iron to smooth everything down. I thought this product might help me eliminate some of those pieces, particularly when traveling, and I was also intrigued with the claims of faster drying and the ionizing properties. What I found:Pro: Added volume and shininessCon: Very heavy; unwieldy; not terribly intuitive (for me, anyway)The Styler is very large and very heavy. Although I have a large blow dryer, this product is even heavier. The real problem, though, is that the handle is extremely large, which makes it hard for me to grasp for any length of time and I have big hands (size 8.5 glove)! The spin feature is triggered by pressing a button -- one button goes clockwise, the other counterclockwise, which would be really handy if you have hair long enough to roll up on this thing. However,... 2/5 Kristi "all my facts come from fiction" (Eastern Iowa) - See all my reviews, March 27, 2011

0 5/5 Teton cowgirl (Jackson, WY) - See all my reviews This review is from: Conair Curling Brush 1.5" Hot Air Dual Voltage (Misc.) I routinely use this hot air brush + gel to add body to my fine, thin, shoulder-length hair after shampooing. (The hot air brushes with "HARD bristles" tangle my hair around the bristles into a frustrating, damaged mess.) This Conair brush has flexible, SOFT bristles, which works well for my hair. I used it on the low setting only (per the instructions) in Great Britain and Ireland with no problem. Of course a prong adapter is needed for your specific destination.I have thrown out all my hard-bristled curling brushes. Thanks for this product in the 1.5" size. It's fine hair. So you seriously have to section off 1/2-1 inch of hair NO MORE than that. Also you have to comb through that section even if you brushed your hair you have to make sure their is not lingering strands because your hair will GET STUCK and from experience I had to unplug and literally dig my hair out it was very very hard to get out once its stuck. This happened twice but the closer you use it towards your scalp the more risk you take for it to get stuck. It really does curl and it keeps the curl without any product use. 0 Help other customers find the most helpful reviews  Was this review helpful to you? , September 14, 2013

I have NEVER, I repeat, NEVER been able to get a curl in my hair. I got a perm when I was a kid and the ish fell out! Anyways, I bought this at Target just in case I needed a QUICK AND EASY return (smell what I'm stepping in, Amazon?), and I have to say I am amazed. Randomly I ran across this product as well as the Conair Infinitipro styler. Initially I thought this rotated like the Conair version but it does not. Turns out what I thought I wanted doesn't work like I expected and the John Frieda version is much, much better. If you don't want to read the whole review the bottom line is this: For a true salon quality looking blow out, go with the John Frieda device and NOT the Conair rotating hair brush.---- After several comments, I'd like... I LOVE this hot air brush!

Although I spend quite a while doing my makeup most days, my frizzy, fine, semi-wavy hair has led to years and years of letting it air-dry and then pulling it back with a clip or ponytail holder to just get it the heck out of the way. Enter this hot air brush. I have had this product for a few weeks now, and I use it every morning and *love* it! It dries and styles my hair simultaneously and does so fairly quickly. I can now dry and style my hair with just one hand as I build great volume and lift and get great smooth flips incredibly easily. The bristles in addition to the plastic prongs mean the dryer grabs and actually holds on to my hair, whereas I typically need to hold my hair on as I use a styler. The few things I would change would be the button and the tip. The slider button works just fine, but I think a button might be easier as you transition from heat to cool, to set the gentle curls. When drying the back of my head, I often reach to stabilize the styler... 5/5 J. Lawrence - See all my reviews, December 14, 2011

    Great styling tool

0 4/5 Suzanne - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Vidal Sasson VS433C Tangle-Free Hot Air Brush Styler and Dryer, 1 Inch (Health and Beauty) I've been buying this hot air brush for about 5 years. Easy to use and adds a lot of bounce to your hair. Eliminates the need for a blow dryer in one hand and a brush in the other. Only criticism is that if you don't clean out the air intake area(at the bottom of the handle) with a toothpick every couple of months the unit will overheat and the motor fails. Keep both intake areas clean and it will last a long time. 0 Help other customers find the most helpful reviews  Was this review helpful to you? , March 5, 2011

Don't Know What I'd Do Without It

I stick with something when it works, and this styling wand does that. My hair's kinda funny--it has a mind of its own, but it cooperates nicely with Vidal. I found the prior model of this hot air brush almost a decade ago and have been using them ever since.I used the brush while my hair was short, and I use it still now that it's long. My hair is rather coarse and is a mix of curly and straight with lots of cowlicks. I've gotten so many compliments on my hair, the brush must be doing something right! It's good for smoothing down the frizzies and getting all the ends going in the right direction after a shampoo, and it's good for touch-ups in between. And is so much easier than hot curlers or the blow-dryer/roll brush combination method.Usually I allow my hair to air dry until it's just damp and then finish it with the hot air brush, but in a hurry, I blow it nearly dry and then use the brush. With just a trace of dampness, my hair responds... 5/5 Rachel Barr (Fort Davis, TX USA) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) I wouldn't have believed it could make such a difference...

...until the motor went out on the one I had been using for 2 years.I had thought that the 'ionic' thing was mostly hype, but started using this product a couple of years ago out of curiosity. My entire life, I have had naturally curly, flyaway hair that was annoyingly prone to frizzing and just generally difficult to manage. I wasn't sure if it was this dryer that had finally started smoothing out my hair, or if it was rather the newer conditioners and styling cremes I had found. When the ionic brush dryer I was using recently 'died', I was unable to find a replacement in any local stores. So, instead, I bought one that looked exactly the same that wasn't ionic, thinking it really wouldn't make any difference. Boy, was I wrong!!! Immediately, I was again dealing with split ends, frizzies, and flyaway hair. There HAS to be something to 'ionic' hairdryers that really DOES make a difference, as I changed nothing else. just the ticket for quick styling

0 5/5 TransTerp (Indiana) - See all my reviews I had my straight, fine hair cut to shoulder length recently and have to do some magic with a brush and gel, so I decided to try this tool instead of the old two-handed brush-and-hairdryer routine. Not only is this a really neat gadget that makes styling easier, but ionic is definitely better. My hair isn't getting deadened out at the ends and holds very nicely, for a change. 0 Help other customers find the most helpful reviews  Was this review helpful to you? , July 22, 2009

    The Best For Curly Hair!!

I'm so surprised that this doesn't have many reviews, I think this is the best hair appliance I've ever bought. I had the instyler, and could not get the hang of the roller going the "wrong way" on one side of my head. This solves that problem with a (left, off, right) button the switches the direction the roller goes in. It is sooooo easy to use. My hair is naturally curly, and it has always been a problem to straighten my hair so it naturally straight looking in the past. It would be stick straight and stick flat against my head if I pulled the straightener through, or the wave would just be pressed flat, but still be "bumpy" if I clamped the iron over each section. This does not happen with this styler. It has bristles that seperate the hair prior to straghtening, so it is flat and stays gripped well while you pull it through your hair. The plate is also curves, so it doesn't make your hair pin straight, it has volume. My hair looks like its been professionally blown out... 5/5 3jaysmom (Nashua, NH) - See all my reviews This review is from: Conair Infinity Pro 2" Tourmaline Styler with Ceramic-Coated Plates and Rotating Spin Attachment (Misc.) 0 5/5 Prettymami68 - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Conair Infinity Pro 2" Tourmaline Styler with Ceramic-Coated Plates and Rotating Spin Attachment (Misc.) This product works wonders for anyone w/ thick, course & dry hair...I was skeptical at first, as I've tried so many others only to be dissapointed, but amazed at the outcome. I'm latin and we tend to have very hard to manage hair, on top of that I color may hair which tends to dry/damage it; well this product did the trick and left my hair smooth, shiny, and managable. Didn't leave it just flat like other styling products, I already have body to my hair but this tamed it and put it in place with a natural wave. I'm just in love with this product & cheaper than other ones out there! 0 Help other customers find the most helpful reviews  Was this review helpful to you? , October 19, 2010

0 5/5 chev "chev" (florida, usa) - See all my reviews This review is from: Revlon Shine Enchancing Hot Air Kit (Health and Beauty) I have tried round brushes, blow dryers, comb dryers... you name it, I've tried it, and have not been happy. Maybe because I am no cosmetologist. :=) However, I am exceptionally pleased with this product as it gives me the closest fininsh to having my hair done by my hairdresser. I love it. Gives the convenience & manageability of a round brush & dryer in one. Thanks Revlon 0 Help other customers find the most helpful reviews  Was this review helpful to you? , August 2, 2005

    This item is a godsend!

I am shocked at the negative reviews this products has received. I, too, purchased this item at Target, but I could not be happier with the results. I have very thick, curly hair and it usually takes me at least a half hour to get it dry with a normal hairdryer. Usually by the time I did the front and sides the back had dryed in an unflattering shape. No more...with this little gem, I simply wind the hair around the brush and roll it up to my scalp, hold it for a few seconds then roll it out. It works more like a curling iron than a brush, and I wonder if some of the folks who have rated it badly were using it incorrectly. With this tool, it takes less than 10 minutes to fully dry my hair (which goes well past my shoulders), and turns out perfectly every time. My hair used to be flat and lifeless, and now feels soft and moisturized...it reminds of a few years ago when those caruso steam curlers were in fashion (remember those?) and they made your hair super soft. It's the same... 5/5 East Coast Avid Reader (Washington, D.C.) - See all my reviews This review is from: Revlon Shine Enchancing Hot Air Kit (Health and Beauty) I am shocked at the negative reviews this products has received.
